We never subtract time for dressing or undressing, guaranteeing you receive the full benefit of your session.
As part of our commitment to excellence, we provide complimentary aromatherapy and hot towels with every massage, enhancing your overall experience. Our approach to massage is fully customized, tailored to address your specific needs through a blend of diverse massage techniques. For your convenience, scheduling can be done online for individual appointments, although couples massage bookings are required to book over the phone in advance.

Cancellation and Policies
In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and therapists, the following policies are imposed:
IMPORTANT NOTE: The name on the appointment scheduler must match the name of the person receiving the massage services.
The appointment is not paid for when you book online, your credit card information is only used to secure your appointment spot. Please bring your form of payment with you. If you need to use the card on file for payment at checkout, a $10.00 fee will be applied to your balance. Please purchase an E-Gift Card if you are needing to pay or gift a massage to someone as the card on file can only be used by the person whose name in on the credit card. If you have the credit card with you, NO fee will be charged for swiping, tapping or inserting credit card into the chip reader for payment. If you will be using an E-gift card, you must present the 16 digit code at checkout.

A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment for any reason. If you are unable to give us 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50 percent of your scheduled appointment rate. Cancellations with less than a two hour notice are subject to 100% of the appointment cost.

Anyone who either forgets or no shows will be charged in full for their missed appointment.

If you will be using a gift card and do not show up for your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged accordingly per the cancellation/no-show policy. A credit card is required to hold your appointment slot for those redeeming a gift card. No refunds will be given on services or gift certificates.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be marked as a no-show and you will be charged for your full appointment time that you reserved. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” duration of the appointment that was scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. We look forward to serving you!
